Khalid Shafar | ‘Co-Lab: Contemporary Art and Savoir-faire’ | Louvre Abu Dhabi

Working with Mobilier National, designer @khalid_shafar explores the 365 days of the year in threads of colour – his influences run as far afield as Chevreul’s colour wheel of 1861. He invites Canvas to his studio, where it all started with his Harlan watch in 12 colours for 12 hours, which became 144, multiplying to encircle the ‘Co-Lab: Contemporary Art and Savoir-faire’ exhibition (running until 26 August) at Louvre Abu Dhabi and curated by Alia Zaal Lootah (@aliazaal).
